Bonnie Egbert - House of Freedom
This patriotic song was written by Bonnie H. Egbert for use on the KLCE "Sounds of Sunday" program. It has been used several times during local fireworks displays on July 4th, as well. Written in SATB, with piano accompaniment, it talks about our founding fathers. Lyrics of the chorus include, "They were sent by God, raised up for such a mission. They were called of God, men of courage, men of vision.......They built for us a house -- a House of Freedom!"
